MITCHELL, IN (July 12th, 2018) - Chase Briscoe will be back on the dirt in the Midwest this weekend. The 23 year old, Ford Performance Development Driver will be slinging dirt in the winged sprint for the Midwest Open Wheel Association (MOWA). On July 13th, Chase will be at Lincoln Speedway in Lincoln, IL and on July 14th he will be at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, IN. Chase has been performing well in the MOWA Series with an average finish of 2nd place this season to date he had this to say about the upcoming race weekend.
“Feel like every time in the wing car as a driver I’ve made gains and as a team on the setup we have made gains. This is one of my last dirt races of the year so hopefully we can have a good weekend. We were good enough to win the MOWA race at Haubstadt earlier in the year and just came up a few feet short and I feel like it’s probably the most comfortable track for me in a wing car. Then Friday night will be fun going to a new race track for me.”
