FULL WEEKEND OF RACING ON TAP FOR CHASE BRISCOE RACING TEAM

MITCHELL, Indiana (April 19th, 2018) –

This weekend will be packed full of racing for the CBR team. First up Brady Short will be in the #5 again on Friday at Brownstown Speedway for the No Way Out 40. Short’s last time out was met with some bad luck at Bloomington after debris shattered the hood on the #5 Throwback machine. He looks forward to rebounding and hopefully putting it in victory lane.

Saturday evening brings a new chapter in the CBR legacy as Chase Briscoe and Christopher Bell will be piloting 2 of CBR’s winged sprints at I-55 Raceway in Pevely, MO in the World of Outlaws Series.

Sunday night Chase will cap off the weekend driving the #5 in another World of Outlaws event at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, IN. The event was rained out last weekend and re-scheduled to this date.

When asked about his weekend coming up, Chase had this to say:

“It’s gonna be a fun weekend of racing between Richmond, Pevely, and Haubstadt. I’ve never been to Richmond or Pevely so it’s gonna be cool to knock two more new tracks off the list. It’s gonna be neat to kind of start a new chapter in sprint car racing with running wings more. I’m sure Bell will be good and be battling up front and I’m more or less just going to get some laps. I haven’t ran a wing car in I think 6 years and I think I’ve only ran them about five times so we will see how it goes.”
